today was a quite sunny day. that reminded me of drinking a lot of water during my active day. to stay hydrated is so important for a normal function of our whole body. so have your bottle or glass of water beside your working station at all times. you will love the feeling of having enough water in your body.
Avoid sugary drinks! there are too much sugar and to many calories in it. if you don’t like water, put some fresh peppermint or lemon in your glass. it gives a lovely flavour to your fresh water.
so love the natural taste of water! 🙂
