every morning I eat a muesli and one fried egg with pepper cream cheese.
for mixing my muesli I have a lovely muesli bar in glass storage jars. 🙂
my muesli contains one spoon of each ingredient:
- oat flakes
- wheat germs
- amaranth flakes
- almonds (my favourite) 😉
- sunflower seeds
- pumpkin seeds
- millet flakes
- quinoa popsadd yoghurt, milk (lactose free milk, almond milk or whatever you like), fruits (apple, strawberries) and lemon juice. enjoy! 🙂
P.S. your body needs enough energy for an active day. I eat every single day one egg for breakfast. that’s a good source for proteins. I love also the almonds in my muesli – they give me energy for a long time with the unsaturated fatty acids and proteins.
