last week I made a bicycle trip to the wonderful Türlersee close to Zurich. for me outdoor sport is an important part of my daily life. I need enough exercise besides my studies. if you sit indoor at school or in an office all day you need some fresh air, sun and exercise for your well-beeing. the daylight and sun are important for the daily production of vitamin D3. the human body needs vitamin D3 for the calcium regulation in the blood and the bone structure. fresh air is a refreshment for your mind. and exercise is perfect for the use of calories, better posture, trained muscles and a feeling of happiness.
let us start your outdoor training. begin slowly with a modest goal and work your way up. try different sports and find your preferred one.
I love walking, running, mountainbiking and riding my street bicycle.
a good start in your daily outdoor exercise routine is to do a morning walk for 20 or 30 minutes.
