today I present you my daily inspiration for a healthy lifestyle. I love cookbooks with healthy recipes, fantastic photography and lovely illustrations. I started to collect them. right now there are many stacks of cookbooks lying in my livingroom. I need a bookshelf very soon for storing my books properly. 😉 sometimes when I don’t know what to cook in the evening, I sit down on my couch and search for a yummy recipe. many people don’t take the time for cooking healthily. they just unpack a junk food meal and put it into the microwave. when you start to read these lovely cookbooks, you know why a healthy way of eating is better than junkfood. your body needs vitamins, proteins, fibers and a lot more for staying fit. sometimes these books are just a source for inspiration and I create something completely new. because most of the time you don’t have all the necessary ingredients for the whole meal at home.
