once a week I run up and down a fleet of stairs. I’m running up and down the stairs alternately for 20 minutes. in each round I take either one or two steps at once. after these 20 minutes I do other exercises on the stairs like squads or push-ups. you can add different exercises. in the end I do some stretching of my legs and arms with help of the handrail. it trains your legs and butt and you gain more bounce. try it together with friends and do a competition to see who can run most steps in a given time.
