first you should buy some glass tupperware. glass is good for storing your lunch. the food does not take on any bad taste and it looks more delicious than in plastic. I prepare my lunch on the preceding evening. mostly it is a light lunch like a fresh greek salad with feta cheese and avocado. I eat a lot of vegetables for lunch with some proteins (chicken, cheese, nuts,…) and fat (avocado, nuts). if I eat like this I’m feeling energized after lunch and I’m not tired. if you take your time for preparing lunch properly you safe a lot of money and you eat healthily!

P.S. it’s delicious to add some fresh herbes like parsley. it will taste juicier and just better.
